The ENDA ETM1411 is a digital timer designed for installation in control panels, offering precise timing control with a single contact output. It is a compact device, measuring 35 x 77mm, and is CE marked according to European Norms, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The ETM1411 functions as a digital timer with a wide range of adjustable settings. It features an external start input, allowing for remote activation. The display can be configured to show time in either minutes or seconds, with a range from 0:01 to 99:59 for both minutes and hours. The device allows for both increasing and decreasing the set time, with an adjustable step. Users can start and stop the timer directly from the front panel. Additionally, it offers 16 different warning tones and allows for the adjustment of upper and lower limits for the setpoint.
The timer operates in two main modes: Run Mode and Programming Mode. In Run Mode, the display shows the current time value, parameter value, or name. The START key, when held for one second, initiates the timer and voiced warning. Holding it for a few seconds accelerates the change rate. The STOP key, when held for one second, stops the timer and voiced warning (if Str.t. = EYP.1 mode is selected, the timer and voiced warning can be stopped if the external start input is off). Holding the STOP key for a few seconds also accelerates the change rate. The SET key is used to adjust the setpoint value in Run Mode and the selected parameter in Programming Mode. When pressed, the TIMER set value flashes, and it can be adjusted using the START and STOP keys with the step defined by in.de.
Programming Mode is accessed by pressing and holding the SET key for 3 seconds. Within Programming Mode, various parameters can be configured:
E.UPL.t.LoL and 99.59.nin) or hours (Hour). If nin is selected, the time can be adjusted up to 99:59 minutes. If Hour is selected, the time can be adjusted up to 99:59 hours.EYP.0 is selected, the timer runs by start, and the relay contact shuts. When the time is over, the relay contact opens. The ETM1411 is designed for ease of use and installation. It features a clear 4-digit, 7-segment yellow LED display for easy readability. The front panel buttons (START, STOP, SET) provide intuitive control over the timer's functions and programming. The ability to adjust the time unit (minutes or hours) and the step for time adjustments offers flexibility for various applications. The 16 different warning tones allow for customizable audio feedback. The security menu, accessible via an access code, provides an additional layer of control over parameter changes. The device is protected by double insulation, enhancing safety.
The device is designed for durability with a self-extinguishing plastic enclosure. For cleaning, it is important to note that solvents (thinner, benzine, acid, etc.) or corrosive materials must not be used, as they can damage the device. The manual emphasizes that the guarantee will be invalidated if the device is damaged by not following the instructions. Installation and electrical connections must be carried out by qualified staff according to relevant local regulations. The device is intended for installation in control panels, and proper shielding and cable management are crucial for optimal performance and safety. Mains supply cords must meet IEC 60227 or IEC 60245 requirements, and the power supply switch should be easily accessible.
