The Headset Office 2+ is an on-ear headset equipped with a flexible and adjustable microphone, making it ideal for various communication needs. It offers multiple connection options, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices. The headset is designed for comfort during extended use, featuring an adjustable headband and high-density foam ear pads.

Usage Features:

Wearing the Headset:

The headset is designed for flexible wear. For video calls, the microphone can be positioned on either the right or left side of the mouth, depending on user preference. When making video calls, the audio will be in mono sound. For music listening, the headset provides stereo sound, and it is recommended to observe the inner "Right" and "Left" markings on the ear cups for proper orientation.

Adjusting the Microphone:

The microphone can be adjusted to either side of the mouth. A symbol on the microphone indicates the optimal side for voice capture, ensuring clear communication. To reduce "popping" sounds caused by air expelled from the mouth during speech, a pop filter is included. This filter is particularly useful if the microphone is positioned less than 5 cm from the lips.

Connecting to a Computer:

The Headset Office 2+ offers two primary methods for computer connection:

Using the USB Port: The headset comes with a USB adapter. To connect, simply plug the USB plug into an available USB port on your computer. The necessary drivers will install automatically, and the computer should detect the device within a few seconds. A computer restart is recommended after initial connection to ensure all drivers are correctly installed. Once connected via USB, the adapter provides integrated controls for volume adjustment and muting.
- Volume Control: Use the "Volume -" and "Volume +" buttons on the adapter to adjust the audio level.
- Sound On/Off: A dedicated button allows for muting the headset's audio output.
- Microphone Mute/Unmute: A button is provided to mute or unmute the microphone. A red LED indicator will illuminate when the microphone is muted, providing a visual cue.
- Troubleshooting (USB): If any malfunction occurs, disconnect the USB adapter, reconnect it, and restart the computer to reinstall the drivers. It is crucial to ensure the 3.5mm mini-jack connector is fully inserted into the USB adapter.
Using the 3.5 mm Mini Jack Plug: If your computer has a single audio connection port that supports both audio input and output (often marked with a headset symbol), you can connect the headset directly using its 3.5 mm mini-jack plug.
- Sound Settings (General): Regardless of the connection method, it is important to select the headset as the primary audio input (microphone) and audio output (headphones) in your computer's sound settings for optimal performance.

Connecting to a Smartphone:

The Headset Office 2+ can also be connected to a smartphone using the 3.5 mm mini-jack plug. This allows for making video calls and listening to music directly from your mobile device. If your smartphone lacks a 3.5 mm mini-jack connection, you can typically use a Type-C adapter, which is often provided with such smartphones.

Environmental Protection: Avoid exposing the headset to impacts, excessive dust, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. These conditions can damage the internal components and affect functionality.
Cleaning: When cleaning the headset, use only mild, non-corrosive, and non-abrasive cleaning products. Harsh chemicals or abrasive materials can damage the surface finish and components.
Disassembly and Repair: Do not attempt to disassemble the device yourself. All repair work should be performed exclusively by qualified personnel from Energy Sistem Technology, S.A. Unauthorized disassembly can void the warranty and lead to further damage.
