Controller,charger,
main/sub cable wires,gauges,
front and rear brakes,throttle,
brakes,power sensors,
Short circuits,burnouts,performance failures due
to poor manufacturing are replaceable.Water
ingress,broken wires,worn brakes,and human
damage are not warranted.
(Coils missing phase,burnt,magnet
demagnetisation,falling off,axle deformation
and other quality problems can not be repaired)
Due to insufficienttire pressure over speed bumps,
potholes and other reasons,resulting in wheel
deformation will not be warranted.
Burntout halls,rattling or cracked bearings
Battery Housing,Top Cover,
Bottom Cover,Battery
Replacement is available dueto faults such as
poor contact,disconnection,no power storage,
and capacity below 60%. (Note:the battery
warranty period will not be recalculated,after
the replacementof the battery according to the
remaining date of thewarranty period)water or
man-made damage does not provide warranty
replacement services.
