Step 2:
Open the folding stem and,using the
designated tool,tighten the screws
inside the folding stem to secureit.
Check the stability of theconnection
between the frame and the foldingstem.
Step3:
Usethe designatedtool to loo sen the
screws as shown in the diagram.Secure
the handlebar in thelatch,rotate it to the
desired angle,then tighten the screws as
shown in the diagram.Checkthestability
of the connection between the handle-
bar and the folding stem.
