What to do if my ENHULK GY2190 does not start?

If your ENHULK Pole Saw doesn't start, there are several potential causes: * **Battery packs not properly attached:** Remove the back and re-fit it properly. * **Battery packs discharged:** Remove and charge the battery packs. * **The electrical pin of saw head doesn’t connect to tube:** Refer to step 1 of “Mount the saw chain head” to assemble. * **Battery packs damaged or other electrical defect:** Contact service centre for help.
