- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover instruments with disassembled parts, damage due to accident, negligence, or misuse, normal "wear and tear" (discoloration, fading, damage to finish, worn frets, strings, tuners, hardware, plating), or instruments not purchased from an authorized dealer or those with unauthorized repairs.
- Return Policy: To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All accessories must be included.
