Line Speeds Permitted
This bit mapped S-register selects all permitted line speeds. If
the speed bit is set to a ‘1’, then the modern is permitted to connect at
the specified speed. If the speed bit is set to a ‘0’, then the modem
will never connect at the specified speed.
