• Hold down the “OK” Button and turn power on keeping the OK button
pushed in until the messge ‘Please Keep AC Connector Connected’ is
shown (see image below). This will put the P-2000/P-4000 into
firmware update mode
• You will see a progress report showing you the firmware and resources
being updated (see below image)
NB: – Do not unplug AC adapter or power down the P-2000/P-4000 while
the update is in progress.
