The Prints Are Not What You Expected
When horizontal lines appear or the colors are wrong
Perform the following sequence until the problems in the print results have improved.
1. Perform Head Cleaning
There are three types of Head Cleaning available; Auto Cleaning, Cleaning (Light), and Cleaning (Heavy).
Perform Auto Cleaning first. If this does not clear the clogs, perform in the order Cleaning (Light) and then Cleaning
(Heavy).

If print results do not improve even after performing Head Cleaning three times
2. Clean the capping station and wiper
Clean using the maintenance kit supplied. See the following before cleaning.

If the print quality still does not improve, contact your dealer or Epson Support.
If ink drops occur
