What to do if Epson All in One Printer cannot print even with assigned IP address?
    • A
      Adrian JohnsonAug 20, 2025
If your Epson All in One Printer cannot print even after assigning an IP address to both the computer and the printer, it might be because you assigned the IP address to the computer manually, but the printer received its IP address through Automatic Private IP Addressing (APIPA). To resolve this, use EpsonNet Config or the printer’s control panel to assign the printer an IP address that belongs to the same segment as the computer.

Why Model Name and IP Address do not appear in Epson All in One Printer Config dialog box?
    • D
      denisemendozaSep 12, 2025
If the Model Name and IP Address do not appear in the EpsonNet Config dialog box for your Epson All in One Printer, a valid IP address might not be set. To fix this, set a valid IP address. Then, refresh the status by selecting Refresh from the View menu. You can also increase the timeout length by selecting Options from the Tool menu, and then selecting Timeout. Be aware that increasing the timeout can cause EpsonNet Config to run slowly.
