Overview

This document is the User's Guide for the BrightLink EB-725Wi and EB-735Fi projectors.

Function Description

The BrightLink EB-725Wi/EB-735Fi projectors are designed for interactive projection, transforming any flat wall into an interactive whiteboard, with or without a computer. They support annotation, touch-based interactivity (with an optional Touch Unit), and control of computer features directly from the projected screen. These projectors can also print, save, and email presentations without a computer, scan and display content from a connected scanner, and import content from a USB drive. They offer flexible connectivity for various sources and network projection capabilities, including screen mirroring from mobile devices and Windows computers.

Usage Features

  • Interactive Functions: Annotation with or without a computer, dual-pen annotation, enhanced Easy Interactive toolbar (Windows/Mac), touch-based interactivity for up to six users (optional Touch Unit required), computer control from the projected screen.
  • Connectivity: Three HDMI ports, plug-and-play USB projection and audio, wired and wireless network support, Miracast screen mirroring, projector monitoring and control via remote network computer, PC Free photo slideshows from USB memory devices or Epson document camera.
  • Epson iProjection: Project up to four images simultaneously from network computers or mobile devices.

Maintenance Features

  • Projection Window Cleaning: Gently wipe with lens-cleaning paper or a soft, lint-free cloth moistened with lens cleaner.
  • Obstacle Sensor Cleaning: Gently wipe the obstacle sensor glass with lens-cleaning paper or a soft, lint-free cloth moistened with lens cleaner.
  • Projector Case Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth; for stubborn dirt, use a moist cloth with mild soap.
  • Air Filter and Vent Maintenance: Clean the air filter and vents periodically by vacuuming the air filter. Replace the air filter if torn or damaged.
  • Remote Control Batteries: Replace two AA alkaline or manganese batteries when they run out.
  • Interactive Pen Tips: Replace hard or soft pen tips if damaged or not working correctly.
  • Firmware Update: Update projector firmware using a USB storage device or a computer and USB cable.
  • Transporting: Remove all connected equipment, turn off the projector, ensure lights are off, unplug the power cord, and pack in a firm, cushioned box.
