Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for purchasing EPZ product. Please read the following
clauses carefully before using them.
We offer a 7 days returns guarantee, which means that if for any
reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can
return it to us in its original condition(in unused condition)
within 7 days of the date you received the goods
The only condition of this policy is that the return meets the
following requirements*
●** Returned products are undamaged and show no signs of wear.
●** Products are returned in the condition you
received them including all packaging, accessories and manuals.   
(in unused condition)
●** For hygiene reasons in-ear headphones cannot be returned
unless they are faulty.
●**Goods must be returned to the store which supplied them.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods
that are lost in transit and customers are responsible for returns
postage costs. In the event of a return we recommend that you send
the goods back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof
of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
●Customers are responsible Carriage charges of products sent
for return and repair.
Keep the warranty certificate and the purchase invoice during
the warranty period. The warranty card is a certificate of
warranty, and when requesting replacement or repair, be sure to
return the product, this warranty card, and the purchase
certificate together.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
■When the software package or consumables are opened or used
■Warranty period: 1 years from the date of purchase. Expired
products are not accepted.
■Proof of Purchase: Products without invoice are out of warranty.
■It should not be a failure due to an external factor such as a
natural disaster, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
■Products must not have been altered, disassembled or repaired
by a third party other than our company. If products have been
altered, disassembled or repaired by a third party other than our
company. It is out of warranty.
■Online Shopping: When the appearance of the product is different
from what you expected, such as color and shape. (Because the
brightness and color of the screen differ depending on the
customer's monitor).
■When it does not operate normally due to problems such as
product specifications and compatibility with the customer's usage
environment.
If the product is damaged or damaged by the customer after it
arrives.
Please be aware that goods sent back to us or collected as faulty
which are found to be fully working will be returned to you.
Carriage charges will be at Customer expense.
