Function Description
The EQK Mini Split Air Conditioner offers multiple operating modes to suit various comfort needs:
- Cooling Mode: This function cools the room and reduces air humidity simultaneously. Users can set a desired temperature lower than the room temperature.
- Heating Mode (for heating pump models): This function heats the room. Users can set a desired temperature higher than the room temperature. The appliance may activate a defrost cycle during heating to maintain efficiency, which typically lasts 2-10 minutes. During defrosting, the indoor fan stops operation. A forced defrosting can be initiated by pressing the ECO button 10 times within 8 seconds in heating mode.
- Dry Mode: This mode reduces air humidity to enhance comfort. It operates automatically based on pre-settings.
- Fan Mode: This mode provides air ventilation only, allowing users to select various fan speeds (Auto, Mute, Low, Low-Mid, Mid, Mid-High, High, Turbo).
- Auto Mode: In this mode, the air conditioner automatically adjusts its operation based on the room temperature.
