Saw blade (Fig. A)
WARNING! Always use saw blades according to the intended use!
Observe the technical requirements of this product (see section Technical
data) when purchasing and using saw blades!
Attachments are sharp and hot after use! Handle them with care! Wear
safety gloves when handling attachments to avoid injuries like burns and
cuts!
WARNING! Never press the spindle lock lever (5) while the spindle is
rotating!
Attaching (Fig. A)
1. Place the product on a at stable surface.
2. Lock the spindle by pressing the spindle lock lever (5) and loosen the locking bolt
(13) anticlockwise with the hex key (24) provided.
3. Remove the locking bolt (incl. spring and at washer) (13) and locking ange (14)
from the spindle. Do not remove the backing ange (16).
4. Open the lower guard (11) completely by moving the retraction lever (17) clockwise
and holding it in position while placing the saw blade (15) on the spindle. Ensure
that the rotational direction indicated on the saw blade is the same as the one
shown on the housing and the blade bore ts to the backing ange (16) properly.
5. Carefully move the retraction lever (17) back to its initial position to close the lower
guard (11).
6. Secure the saw blade (15) with the locking ange (14) and locking bolt (incl. spring
and at washer) (13). Tighten the locking bolt (13) clockwise with the hex key (24)
provided while pressing the spindle lock lever (5).
7. Turn the saw blade (15) by hand to test if it is rotating smoothly. The blade should
not utter.
8. Switch the product on and let it run idle for about one minute to ensure that the saw
blade has been installed properly. If there is any abnormal vibration or excessive
noise switch the product off and re-t the saw blade (15) according to the above
instructions.
Replacing
Replace a worn or damaged attachment.
