Inserting (Fig. A)
1. Press the spindle lock (10) and hold it in position to lock the spindle
(Fig. A, step 1).
2. Loosen the clamp nut with collet (12) anticlockwise with the wrench (17)
(Fig. A, step 2).
3. Insert a suitable router bit into the clamp nut with collet (12) at least as far as the
‘K’ mark on the shank (where marked), otherwise 25mm deep. (Fig. A, step 3)
4. Tighten the clamp nut with collet (12) clockwise with the wrench (17).
5. Release the spindle lock (10) and make sure that the spindle can rotate freely.
NOTE: Choose the correct router bit according to the desired operation.
Before use, please always ensure the router bit is properly attached and
free of damage.
Removing (Fig. A)
1. Press the spindle lock (10) and hold it in position to lock the spindle
(Fig. A, step 1).
2. Loosen the clamp nut with collet (12) anticlockwise with the wrench (17)
(Fig. A, step 2).
3. Remove the router bit and tighten the clamp nut with collet (12) slightly.
4. Release the spindle lock (10) and make sure that the spindle can rotate freely.

Parallel guide (Fig. B)
Attach the parallel guide (14) to perform cuts parallel to the workpiece edges.
1. Loosen the parallel guide xing knob (13) anticlockwise.
2. Align the parallel guide assembly (14) to the mounting position of base plate (11)
and insert it to the desired working height.
3. Fix the parallel guide assembly (14) in position by tightening the parallel guide
xing knob (13) clockwise.
4. Loosen the wing nut (14c) anticlockwise.
5. Slide the parallel guide to desired working position.
6. Fix the parallel guide in working position by tightening the wing nut (14c) clockwise.
