Ergoline accepts liability for any tanning system defects that arise in ac-
cordance with the following regulations on behalf of customers who have
purchased an Ergoline tanning system for private or commercial utilisa-
tion from one of Ergoline's sales partners; consumable parts such as UV-
high pressure lamps (burner), UV-low pressure lamps (tubes) and start-
ers as well as the acrylic-glass tanning bed itself are not covered by the
warranty.
The warranty stipulates that Ergoline will eliminate any defects within a
time period predetermined by Ergoline by repairing or exchanging the de-
fective part.
Claims made in accordance with this warranty can be lodged with Ergo-
line or the Ergoline sales partner from whom the product was purchased
on presentation of the warranty card or invoice; this warranty is valid for
a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
This does not affect the rights of the customer under the existing guaran-
tee with regard to any claims that the customer might have in accordance
with the contract of purchase.
