Usage Features

Installation: The manual provides detailed instructions for installation, including adjusting the adjustable feet for stability, connecting the water inlet hose (for both single and double screw thread types), and positioning the drain hose. For lower drain systems, the drain hose length should not exceed 3 meters and its height should not exceed 15cm. For upper drain systems, the drain hose height should be between 86-100 cm, with a diameter of at least 3 cm and a flow capacity of at least 40 L/Min.

Quick Start Guide:

  1. Install the washing machine.
  2. Load the laundry.
  3. Measure out the detergent.
  4. Close the top lid.
  5. Put down (hang up) the drain pipe.
  6. Turn on water supply.
  7. Plug the power supply.
  8. Select the desired program.
  9. Press the [Start/Pause] key.

Operating Your Washer:

  • On/Off: The [On/Off] button controls the power supply.
  • Start/Pause: This button starts and pauses the washing cycle.
  • Water Level Selection: Water level can be manually selected based on load size and dirt level.
  • Function: After starting, a light flashes between Soak, Wash, Rinse, and Spin functions.
  • Child Lock: Activated by pressing [Program] and [Rinse] buttons simultaneously after starting a program. Deactivated by pressing them again. An alarm sounds if the lid is opened during child lock.
  • Delay: Allows setting a delayed start time, increasing in 1-hour increments up to 24 hours. An alarm sounds if the lid is opened during delay mode.
  • Program Selection: The [Program] button allows selecting from various wash programs.
  • Rinse Description: The [Rinse] button selects rinsing times and water cycle functions under normal programs.
  • Temperature: The [Temperature] button selects different water temperatures.

Special Features:

  • Fuzzy Weighting Function: Automatically selects the water level based on load weight for "Soaking," "Jeans," and "Baby Clothes" programs. This function is not available if there's water in the tub or if the water level is manually selected.
  • Self Power Off Function: The machine automatically powers off after a program finishes, after 10 minutes of inactivity if a program is selected but not started, after 1 hour if an alarm is not released, or after 1 hour if the [Start/Pause] button is pressed during a running process and forgotten.
  • Unbalance Control: During spin, the machine attempts to adjust the load if an unbalance is detected. If unsuccessful after three attempts, an alarm will sound.
  • Power Failure Memory Function: The machine remembers its current operation state and resumes automatically when power is restored.
  • Water Cycle: Available only under the "Jeans" program, this function keeps the last rinsing water in the drum, omitting draining and spinning.

Clothes Washing Skills:

  • For easily damaged clothes, use a mesh bag.
  • For big or easily floated clothes, put them in the tub first.
  • For easily pilling clothes, turn them inside out.
  • Tie straps and zip zippers on clothes before washing.
  • Remove sediment before washing.
  • Scrub especially dirty parts with detergent first.
  • Do not wash with water hotter than 50°C to prevent plastic deformation.

Maintenance Features

End of Program: The machine signals the end of a program with a "dou-dou" sound and then powers off. Users are advised to turn off the tap and unplug the machine for safety.

Cleaning the Water Inlet: The water inlet mesh bag can become blocked and should be cleaned periodically. This involves switching on the power, shutting off the tap, running the washer for 5 seconds to flush water into the tub, then unloading the water inlet hose, cleaning the mesh bag, and reassembling.

Cleaning the Filter: The lint filter should be cleaned regularly. For magic filters, remove, open, wash, and restore. For normal filters, remove, turn over the mesh bag, wash, and restore.

Cleaning the Lint Filter in the Drain Pump (if applicable):

  1. Drain water from the pump into a container.
  2. Loosen the pump cover anticlockwise.
  3. Take out the lint filter.
  4. Clean the filter.
  5. Restore and align the convex place at the pump hole.
  6. Tighten the pump cover clockwise. Failure to clean the drain filter every 10 uses can cause drainage problems.

General Maintenance: Use gentle clothing to wipe off water and dirt from the machine's surface after each use. Avoid using detergent, propellant, or other chemicals on plastic accessories to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting: The manual includes a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for common issues like "No water flows in," "No washing," "Abnormal draining," and "Abnormal spin," along with their causes and inspection items. It also lists fault codes (E1, E2, E3, E4) with their indications, buzzing sounds, and stopping alarm procedures. For example, E1 indicates water injection for about 30 minutes without reaching the preset water level, while E3 indicates the lid was opened during washing, spinning, or delay start. Users are advised to contact local service if issues persist.
