Why does my ETEKCITY EM-SN8S Massager turn off during use?

  The ETEKCITY Massager will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of use. To continue, simply press the power button to turn it back on. Remember, it's recommended not to use the massager for more than 30 minutes at a time. If the massager has been in use for an extended period, the overheat protection might have kicked in. In this case, switch the massager off and let it cool down for at least 1 hour before using it again.

  If the heat on your ETEKCITY Massager isn’t hot enough, first, try selecting the high heat setting. If you're wearing thick clothing, consider switching to thinner garments, as thicker fabrics can block the heat. Also, the massager may be positioned in an area where it doesn’t comfortably fit. Stop using the massager and read Important Safety Information and Common Areas of Use.
