What to do if there is no hot water from my ETERNITY Water Heater?

  If hot water isn't available from your ETERNITY Water Heater when you open a fixture, ensure the unit has a 240V 50Hz power supply. Also, check if the remote controller's power button is on. Verify that both the gas and water supply valves are fully open, and the filter on the cold water inlet is clean. Ensure the hot water fixture is open enough to draw at least 3.0l/min through the heater, and confirm the unit isn't frozen and that there's enough gas in the tank (for propane).
