Baked Potatoes
2 medium size potatoes,
washed & dried
½
teaspoon olive oil

small cubes butter
grounded black pepper
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Prick the potato skin a few times with a fork.
Rub the potato skin with a 1/4 teaspoon of olive
oil and then with a little bit of salt
Bake the potatoes for 1 - 1.5 hours (depend on
the size) or until the skins are crisp and remove
them from the oven.
Slit the hot potatoes in half and add the butter
and grounded black pepper to serve.

size.
TIPS: Put the dough in a warm place

dough was risen properly, it should be
doubled in size, slightly sticky and spring back

900g size) and place them inside a sealed
oiled polythene bag.
Allow the dough to expand again.
Preheat the oven to 230ºC.
Bake the loaf for 30 - 45 minutes.
Serve it when it was cooled.
