  If detergent is left in the compartment of your Eurotech Dishwasher, ensure items aren't blocking the dispenser cover. The dispenser doesn't open during the Rinse program. Use fresh dishwasher detergent stored in a cool, dry place; discard old or caked detergent. Add detergent just before starting the dishwasher. If using the Delay program, ensure the dispenser is dry before adding detergent. The detergent compartment opens only in main wash programs, not the Rinse program.

  If your Eurotech Dishwasher isn't draining properly, ensure the cycle completed before opening it. Note that some water in the sump area near the drain is normal. If your plumbing code requires an air gap, check that it's not blocked. If connected to a garbage disposer, make sure the disposer is empty. If water backs up into the sink, inspect the garbage disposer and trap for blockages. Inspect the dishwasher filters and drain area for any obstructions. Finally, check the drain hose for any kinks.

The correct detergent amount depends on your water hardness; contact your local utility company to learn your water hardness. Avoid overfilling the rinse aid dispenser, and wipe up any spills with a damp cloth. Also, make sure the dishwasher is level.

  If your Eurotech Dishwasher isn't filling properly, ensure the water supply is turned on. Make sure the dishwasher is on and the door is securely closed. Check for crimps in the water feed line. Also, make sure the water inlet filter isn’t clogged. Note that the system is designed to detect an overflow; it will shut off the circulation pump and turn on the drain pump if it does.

  If your Eurotech Dishwasher runs too long, it may be because the incoming water temperature is below 120°F. The dishwasher then needs to heat the water to the correct temperature for the selected program. Increasing your water heater setting might help shorten the cycle times.
