A/C and Heat Pump Ready: All models are equipped with a blower and control system suitable for add-on air conditioning (up to 4 tons) and heat pump (up to 3 1/2 tons). For higher capacities (up to 5 tons A/C, 4 tons HP), an accessory blower package (3500-7901*) is required.
Thermostat Compatibility: Uses a 4-wire thermostat for heating and cooling. The manual specifies pre-set heat anticipator settings (0.4 Amps) and guidelines for thermostat placement (52 to 66 inches above the floor on an inside wall).
