Removing the Seat Pad
• Move handle to Position 4 (p. 36).
• Unfasten chest clip and crotch buckle (p. 81).
• Remove crotch buckle cover (p. 107).
• Remove harness straps from splitter plate on back of
child restraint (p. 111).
• Pull harness straps to front of child restraint (p. 87).
• Remove harness covers (p. 106).
Remove two J-clips
from front of child
restraint and pull
bottom of seat pad off
front of child restraint.
Remove J-clips from both
sides of child restraint.
Removing the Seat Pad
Unfasten Velcro® on
back of canopy and
pull canopy forward.
Slide J-clips down and out
of slots on both sides of
child restraint.
