If your Everdure Oven displays Err1 (failure 1), it could be due to a loose thermostat cable. Check the wiring and correct it if necessary. A damaged thermostat cable may also be the cause, in which case, replace the thermostat cable. Alternatively, the thermostat contacts might be damaged, requiring you to replace the thermostat.
