6.1 Verification basis

6.2 Verification conditions

5. No electromagnetic environment will interfere with the test results.
6.3 Verification of ESD high voltage output
6.3.1 Instruments for the verification
High-voltage meter: the voltage range is 0~40kV, the resistance is 100GΩ and the
voltage accuracy is ±1%.
6.3.2 Verification items
Connection of the instrument and verification of the ESD output voltage should be
carried out as Fig.6.1.
