STEP 1

Connect Right Upright Beam to Rear Stabilizer and Upright Beams to Cross Brace.

STEP 2

Connect Main Seat Support to Stabilizers and attach Incline Adjustment Bar.

STEP 3

Attach backrest supports to the main seat support and sliding block.

STEP 4

Attach seat incline support bracket and seat support frames.

STEP 5

Connect backrest supports to seat support frames.

STEP 6

Attach seat and backrest board to supports.

STEP 7

Attach leg developer, arm curl pad, and arm curl stand.
