5. Slide the tape drive into the drive bay and secure
the drive to the bay as instructed in you computer
system documentation.
6. If you needed additional chassis grounding,
connect a

⁄
4
-inch female spade connector to the
ground tab at the rear of the tape drive. Or, connect
an M3-0.5 6 mm self-tapping screw to the
grounding hole. The ground tab and grounding
hole are shown in Figure 7.
Note: The power supply returns are connected to
the chassis, so you cannot isolate logic
common ground from chassis ground.
