OPERATINGTHELASER
Toswitchon:PresstheOn/Off switch (30) tothe “I”
positiontoswitchonthelaser (29).Alaserlineis
projectedontothematerialyouwishtoprocess,
providinganexactguideforthecut.Toswitchoff:
PresstheOn/Off switch (30) totheanotherposition.
ELECTRICBRAKE
Forsafetyreasons,theequipmentissuppliedwithan
electric brake system for the saw blade. The
equipmentmaythereforeemitanodororgenerate
sparkswhenitisswitchedoff.Thishasnoinfluence
ontheoperationalperformanceorsafetyofthe
equipment.

MAINTENANCE

1. Storethetool,instructionmanualandaccessoriesin
asecureplace.Inthiswayyouwillalwayshaveallthe
informationandpartsonhand.
2. Keepthetool’sairventsuncloggedandcleanatall
times.
3. Regularlychecktoseeifanydustorforeignmatter
hasenteredthegrillsnearthemotorandaroundthe
trigger switch. Use a soft brush to remove any
accumulateddust.Wearsafetyglassestoprotectyour
eyeswhilstcleaning.
4. Re-lubricateallmovingpartsatregularintervals.
5. Ifthebodyofthetoolneedscleaning,wipeitwitha
softdampcloth.Amilddetergentcanbeusedbut
nothinglikealcohol,petrolorothercleaningagent.
6. Neverusecausticagentstocleanplasticparts.
CAUTION. Watermustnevercomeintocontactwith
thetool.
GENERALINSPECTION
Regularlycheckthatallthefixingscrewsaretight,
particularlytheouterflange.Theymayvibratelooseover
time.
Thesupplycordofthetoolandanyextensioncordused
shouldbecheckedfrequentlyfordamage.Ifdamaged,
havethecordsetreplacedbyanauthorisedservicefacility.
Replacetheextensioncordifnecessary.
LUBRICATION
Thegreaseinthegearboxwillrequirereplacementafter
extensiveuseofthetool.Pleaserefertoanauthorised
serviceagenttoprovidethisservice.
GENERALINSPECTION
1. Regularlycheckthatallthefixingscrewsaretight.
Theymayvibratelooseovertime.
SERVICE
·Toolservicemustbeperformedonlybyqualified
repairpersonnel.Serviceormaintenanceperformedby
