SAWDUSTBAG
Thesawisequippedwithasawdustbagforsawdust
andchips.Slipthesawdustbagontotheconnector
alongsidethetransporthandle (11).Thesawdustbag
canbeemptiedbymeansofazipperatthebottom.
Thesawdustbagcanberemovedinordertoconnect
thesuctionhoseofadustextractor(wetanddry
vacuumcleanerorextractionsystem).Theextraction
systemis thenpluggedontothesameposition
(suctionhose/extractionsystemisnotincludedinthe
scopeofthisdelivery).
CHANGINGTHESAWBLADE

Warning!Beforechangingthesawblade:Pullout
thepowerplug!
·Caution!Wearworkglovestopreventinjurywhen
changingthesawblade.
·Swingthemachineheadupwards.
· Loosenthecoverplatescrew (A) about2turnswith
aPhillipsscrewdriver.Donotremovethisscrew
fromthetool.
·Liftandholdupthelowerbladeguard (4) toexpose
thethreadedbladebolt.
·
Pressthesawshaftlock (20) withonehandwhile
positioningtheAllenkeyontheflangeboltwiththe
otherhand.Thesawshaftlock (20) engagesafterno
morethanonerotation.
· Now,usingalittlemoreforce,slackentheflange
screwintheclockwisedirection.
·
Turntheflangescrewrightoutandremovethe
externalflange.
·
Taketheblade (18) oftheinnerflangeandpullout
downwards.
· Carefullycleantheflangescrew,outerflangeand
innerflange.
· Fitandfastenthenewsawblade (18) inreverse
order.
· Important!Thecuttingangleoftheteeth,inother
wordsthedirectionofrotationofthesawblade (18)
mustcoincidewiththedirectionofthearrowonthe
housing.
· Checktomakesurethatallsafetydevicesare
properlymountedandingoodworkingcondition
beforeyoubeginworkingwiththesawagain.
·Important!Everytimethatyouchangethesawblade,
checktoseethatitspinsfreelyinthetableinsert (6) in
bothperpendicularand45° anglesettings.
· Important!Theworktochangeandalignthesaw
blade (18) mustbecarriedoutcorrectly.
TRANSPORT
· Re-tightenthelockingscrewtosecuretheturntable
inplace.
·Activatethereleasebutton (28),pressthemachine
headdownwardsandsecurewiththesafetypin (21).
Thesawisnowlockedinitsbottomposition.
