  If your EyeVac+ vacuum cleaner isn't turning on, try these steps: First, ensure it's firmly plugged in. Next, press the Power button to either the Manual or Auto position. Also, check that the Pre-Motor Filter is correctly locked and flush with the Canister in place. Examine your house fuse or circuit breaker. If necessary, have a qualified electrician replace the fuse or reset the breaker. Finally, remove the Canister to verify the switch inside the cavity above the Pre-Motor Filter is correctly positioned.

  If your EyeVac vacuum cleaner isn't picking up debris, consider the following possible causes and solutions: * The dirt inlet may be blocked. Press the Power button to turn off the EyeVac. * The canister might be full. Empty the canister. * The debris may be too large for the inlet. Clear any large debris. Additionally, you can try these steps: Press the Power button to the Auto position. Check and clean the Pre-Motor Filter and Exhaust Filter. Clean the sensors with warm water and a Q-tip, avoiding alcohol or soap. You can also try pressing the Power button to the Manual position to manually activate the EyeVac+.

Make sure the liner bag isn't covering the power connector on the back of the lid. Confirm there are no objects or pressure on the lid. Power the unit off and on using the switch on the back of the lid, avoiding forcing the lid up or down. Also, ensure the EyeVac+ is not placed too close to a wall.
