4.5 Gas connection
An AUTHORISED TECHNICIAN should always carry out the gas connection of the appliance.
The general installation must have a main tap and a pressure regulator and it is
also advisable to install a shut-off cock on each individual appliance.
A pipe of at least Ø 12 x 10 mm should be used for the gas connection, together
with a ¾” nut to connect to the cooking pot.
4.6 Conversion to other types of gas
If the appliance is prepared for a different type of gas to the one available in the installation, you
should proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the gas supply to the appliance if connected (Any change to the conditions of the
gas circuit must be carried out by an AUTHORISED TECHNICIAN).
2. Burner conversión:
a. Remove the front panel of the pot.
b. Remove the burner injectors and replace with the correct model according to the gas
to be used (table 3).
c. Set the air control to position H (table 3) depending on the gas to be used.
d. Replace the front panel.
3. Pilot conversión:
a. Remove the front panel of the pot.
b. Undo the pilot unit.
c. Remove the pilot injectors and replace with the correct model according to the gas
to be used (table 3).
d. Replace the pilot unit.
e. Replace the front panel.
4. After adapting the appliance to another type of gas or to another pressure, other than that for
which it had been previously set, the old instructions should be replaced with the instructions
for the new settings, to enable unambiguous identification of the state of the appliance after
modification.
4.7 Water connection
The general installation must have a stop-cock. The water inlets are defined in the “General
dimensions and connections” section with the letter A.
The recommended water pressure is between 2 and 4 bars and the maximum temperature is 60°C
The water inlets on the appliances are 3/4”.
The appliance is installed in accordance with the EN 1717 standard and national water regulations.
