5.2.1 Description of the controls
Mr control Ma control
5.2.2 Burner ignition
• Pilot ignition:
o Turn the Mr energy control anticlockwise to the "max" position. Now lamp “L1” lights up,
indicating that the pilot is ready to be lit (above figure).
o Next press the solenoid valve control M, while turning it anticlockwise to the pilot position
. Hold the control pressed in this position until the pilot flame remains lit
(approximately 20 seconds).
• Burner ignition:
o Pressing the solenoid valve control M, turn it to the Burner ignition position, as the Mr
control is in "max" position, the burners will light.
o The “L2” lamp indicates that the burners are operating.
o Turn the Mr control to the required position.
o In the Bain Marie models, the pressure of the chamber should rise until reaching 0.4
Kg/cm. Once this value has been reached, the appliance automatically adjusts the
pressure of the chamber.
5.2.3 Turing the burners off
• Turn the M valve control to the position Pilot , only the pilot will be lit.
5.2.4 Turning the pilot light off
• Turn the M valve control to the Off position .
• Turn the Mr energy control to the Off position .
5.2.5 Filling the pot with water
To fill the pot with water, turn the water fill control Ma to the required position (cold water or hot
water ).
