• The appliance is designed to be used to prepare
mocha drinks. You can use the following
information to adjust the amount of mocha and
sugar to create Turkish co󰀨ee just the way you
like it.
• The dimensions are given as 1 cup á 70 ml.

• Always mix the water, mocha and sugar together
thoroughly so that the drink does not lose any of
its characteristic aroma.
• The appliance is only to be used to brew mocha
beverages and not for the reheating of other
foodstu󰀨s.
• Only water should be used to brew mocha; under
no circumstances should milk or other liquids be
used.
• Always use the measuring spoon provided to
measure ingredients.
• The water level indicator needs to be clean during
use. Otherwise, the Mocha Machine cannot
correctly identify the amount of mocha.
• Do not ll the water container above the
maximum ll level. The indicator light
will turn red and the appliance will not start.

Never submerge the water container in water!
