1. Fit to chainside of cycle.
2. The pedal tightens in a clockwise direction
3. Locate thread by hand, fit and tighten.
4. Use spanner to finish tightening (be careful)
Check for the letters “L” or “R” on the ends of the pedals to show which side the pedal needs to
be fitted to.
1. Fit to non chainside of cycle.
2. The pedal has a special thread to tighten in a anti-clockwise direction
3. Locate thread by hand, fit and tighten.
4. Use spanner to finish tightening (be careful)
