Unplug the appliance after use.
Hold lid handle and turn lid clockwise to open position then raise the lid. (see Pic.1 & 2)
1) Menus and corresponding cooking time show on the control panel. User can adjust time
according ingredients, personal preference and cooking experience.
2) Cooking time including heating time and keep pressure time. The more ingredients there
are, the more heating time requested.
Turn knob clockwise towards to menu. (see Pic.10)
“HEAT” indicator (red light) is on, appliance starts to work.
For example: Cooking rice, default pressure time is 5-10
minutes.
When pressure inside arrive to default range, “HEAT”
indicator (red light) and “KEEP PRESSURE" indicator
(green light) will light up, appliance goes into keep
pressure mode. However, heating is not finished, and start
to count down, turn knob anticlockwise. When knob
towards to “0 / OFF” position, heating finished, indicators
of “HEAT” and “KEEP PRESSURE” will light out. “KEEP
WARM” indicator (yellow light) shines and appliance goes
in to keep warm mode.
For example: Cooking rice
When cooking finished, turn knob anticlockwise towards to
“0/OFF”. (Rice is well-done. Keeping warm for a few
minutes makes rice more fragrant.)
When keeping pressure, heater power on discontinuously,
heat indicator and keep pressure indicator glitter alternate-
ly. (arrive to default range will stop, below the default
range will power on)
When keeping war, keep warm indicator is on. If no need
to keep warm, power down the appliance.
8. Open lid and take out ingredients
Put PRV towards “release” position. Do not open lid until floater falls down. (see Pic.12,13)
WARNING:
DO NOT put PRV to “release” position during or just finished cooking liquid food (porridge
and soup, etc.). Only after appliance cool down completely till floater falls down do open lid.
