First, press the white button on the battery pack to ensure it's on; the charge level LEDs should light up. If not, the battery pack might be defective. Other potential issues include an overheated or discharged battery pack (recharge if needed, or wait until it cools down), incorrect battery pack installation (remove and reinsert it properly), damaged electrical contacts (clean with a soft, dry cloth), an incorrectly mounted display (reposition it), or a connector not properly inserted into the battery pack (insert correctly).
