Positiontheapplianceandallowittostandfortwotothreehoursbeforeitisturned
onforthersttimetoallowthesystemtosettle.Donotpositionnexttoanyheat
sourcee.g.cooker,boilerorindirectsunlightetc.
Allowatleast10cmofspaceatthetopand10cmofspaceonbothsidesofthe
applianceandbetweenthebackoftheapplianceandthewallforadequateair
circulation.eapplianceisnotdesignedforrecessedinstallation(“buildingin”).
Installonagoodrmlevelsurface,andanyunevennessoftheoorshouldbe
correctedpriortoinstallation,slightunevennesscanbeovercomebyadjustingthe
frontfeet.
NOTE:Iftheapplianceispositionedonacarpet,softoorcoveringyoushould
readjustthefrontfeetoncetheappliancehashadtimetosettle.
• isapplianceisdesignedtooperateinambienttemperaturebetween16°Cand
38°C.Ifthesetemperaturesareexceeded,i.e.colderorwarmer,theappliancewill
notoperatecorrectly.Iftheambienttemperaturesareexceededforlongperiods,
thetemperatureinthefreezersectionwillriseabove-18°Candfoodspoilagemay
occur.
• Removeallpackagingmaterialsfromtheappliance.Washtheinsideofthecabinet
withlukewarmwaterandbicarbonateofsoda(5mlto0.5literofwater).Drythe
appliancethoroughly.
• Whenyouusethefreezerforthersttimeorafterdefrosting,setthethermostat
controltothemaximumpositionforatleast2hoursbeforeintroducingfoodtobe
stored,andthenreadjusttothenormalposition.
• Ifthereisapowerfailure,donotopenthedoor.Frozenfoodshouldnotbeaected
ifthefailurelastsforlessthan12hours.Ifthefailureislonger,thenthefood
shouldbecheckedandeithereatenimmediatelyorcookedandthenre-frozen.

towardsthehighernumbersforcoldertemperatures.eknobcanbeadjustedfrom
setting1to4.
Highersettingsontheknob(highernumbers)meanlowertemperatures(colder)in
allcompartmentsoftheappliance.
