Emulsifying
blade unit (2)
- use with large cup (1) and small cup (7); suitable for
blending, chopping and pureeing ingredients; add
adequate liquid for better blending performance
t Place the motor unit (4) on a clean, at and stable surface. Ensure the rubber feet
(6) are rmly attached to the surface (ill.

CAUTION:
- Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer. Do not place any
other ingredients in the appliance.
- Do not cover or insert any objects into the vents (ill.

- Never place the emulsifying blade unit (2) in the motor unit (4) without a cup
securely attached (g.

t Combine desired ingredients in the cup (g.

). Do not exceed the MAX ll line

). When using ice, place it in the cup before adding other ingredients.
NOTE:
- Peel or core any fruits or vegetables and cut them into small chunks. Cut solid
food into small cubes not larger than ½ inch.
CAUTION:
- Do not overll the appliance to avoid spilling (g.

). The MAX ll line on the
cup indicates that the food and liquids in the cup cannot exceed the maximum
level.
- Do not use the appliance without placing food in the cup.
- Fill liquid at least over blade level.
- The blades on the blade unit are very sharp. Always handle blade unit with
care. Do not touch blades; this may cause injuries (ill.

).
t Place the blade unit on the cup and secure it by turning it clockwise (ill.

).
Ensure a tight and secure t (ill.

). Always ensure the seal in the blade unit is
present and undamaged.
t Turn the assembled cup and blade unit upside down (ill.
