- This device must be used at a safe distance from flammable materials.
Keep a safe distance from the combustion sites.
- Gas containers should be replaced in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors,
away from all possible sources of ignition such as open flames, burners, electric
cookers and away from others.
- If the gas leaks from the appliance (gas smell), immediately take them out to a
place with good air circulation and away from flammable objects to be able to
identify the gas leakage. Tightness of the device should be checked only in the
open air. Never look for leaks with a flame, just use a soap solution for that!
- Do not touch the hot areas of the device. Allow the appliance to cool down before
storage.
- ATTENTION: easily accessible parts can be very hot. Keep children out of the
reach of children.
- If not in use, store the device in a safe, cool place out of reach of children.
ASSEMBLY
In order to connect the appliance to a gas container, proceed as follows.
- Before connecting the gas container, make sure that there is a seal between the
appliance and the container and that it is in good condition.
- Check that the device valve is closed.
- Unscrew the cap from the appliance
- Place the gas container perpendicular to the cap in the appropriate position on
the appliance.
- Hold the cap from the disposable container and screw the soldering iron to the
solder in a clockwise direction. Tighten firmly to seal the gas container completely
with a gasket.
- Check that the connection is tight. For this purpose, immerse the appliance
completely in a pot of water for min. 2 minutes. If the bubbles are formed, the
device is leaking.
WARNING! If gas is leaking from the appliance (gas smell),
Immediately take them out to a place with good air circulation and away from
flammable objects to be able to identify where the gas has evaporated. Tightness
of the device should be checked only in the open air. Never look for leaks with a
flame, just use a soap solution for that! Keep the unit under observation until the
gas has completely evaporated.
Warning! To prevent gas from flowing after the disposable container has been
perforated, the handle can only be unscrewed when the gas has completely
escaped.
The device is now assembled.
