This watch has an Auto Sleep tracker. Wear your watch
when you sleep, you will be able to access the data 30
minutes after you wake up in the morning.

To set your daily step target:
Open the application.
From the home page, left-hand side top click on the
menu button.
Click on Profile.
Click on step goal and set your goal.
