needle bearings which should be lubricated after approx. 900
duty hours we recommend our ball bearing grease FK 3.
The space between inner and outer ring is to be one third filled
with gr~ase in order that the bearings do not overheat.
For good and adequate lubrication and to avoid overheating it
is important to pack gearing and bearings with the grades and
quantities of grease listed in the table below.

6. Dismantling
1. Pull plug from socket.
2. Unscrew four screws (19b), separate outer bearing (20) and
intermediate bearing (18) and tak e off out er bearing .
3.
Push out two clamping sleeves (53) of shift-bolt (48) and on e
clamping sl eeve (53) of shift-bolt (51) by means of a 3 mm
pin in direction of boring shaft, pull out switch handles (54)
with the two switch pins (49) and (52) at the side. Remove the

two switch pi ns (48) and (51) and pa y attention to t he ea sily
accessible clamping sleeves (53).
4. Draw countershafts (34). (39) and (42) out of outer b ea r in g
(20).
5. Unscrew h ex agon nut (31). dra w o ff dr ill s haft gear w hee l (30),
take out fitting ke y (29), push out drill shaft (26) .
Pay attention to washers!
6. Unscrew four screws (69) and remo ve intermediate b ear ing
(18) with rotor (13 ) and fan (14).
7. Loosen end co ve r (65) of intermedi ate bearing (18) by un-
scr e wing scr e ws (67), then push o ut rotor (13) with fan (14).

Open handle, loosen cable connections from switch (80). Push
rotor-cable from the side into motor hou sing (1) .
9. Remove axial s crews (4) and radia l screws (7). push sta tor
(3) out of motor housing.
Re-assemble in reverse sequence.
