If your Fellowes Air Cleaner isn't starting, here are some things to check: * Ensure the unit is properly connected to a power supply. * Verify that you are using genuine AeraMax® PRO filters, as the unit is designed to function only with these. Make sure the filter detection area on the filter aligns with the window in the filter frame. * Confirm that the front access panel is completely closed. * Check that the power switch is turned on.
