TF1 installation and cleaning
Quick Reference Guide
Lid tightening

Full instructions enclosed in the TF1 box.
In the event that the lid of the
TF1 filter has been removed,
ensure the lid is fully re-tightened
to the correct position.
Either line-up the yellow arrow
inside the yellow box on the
side of the TF1 (Diagram A)
or align the embossed marks
on the lid (Diagram B), using
the TF1 spanner provided.

– no need to remove lid
30 seconds
Close inlet and
outlet valves
Open outlet and
drain valves
Close drain valve,
replace magnet and
open inlet valve
Remove magnet

The TF1 unit does not need to be disassembled for installation, cleaning or servicing however if disassembled, replace all
appropriate seals for example the lid collar/bleed valve ‘O’ rings, as good practice dictates (spares are provided with product
in box). Additional Fernox TF1 Range Seal and ‘O’ ring kits are available: item number 59288.
