Example
Two safety interlocks shall be integrated using the external interlock. Using CPU Input 4 the high voltage
cable shall be integrated and using CPU-Input 5 a feedback signal generated by a dome rotation shall be
integrated. A disc type crucible shall rotate while high voltage is switch ON and the CPU-Input 3 shall be
activated. The relay output 1 of the CPU shall control a shutter. In automatic mode the shutter shall be con-
trolled using the CPU-Input 6 in manual mode using the hand remote (Switch 1).
