Aer Each Brew:
Dispose of coffee grounds and rinse brew basket.
Never strike a brew basket or hit it against a hard surface. This will damage the brew cone, and may
also damage the brew basket support rails.
Drain any remaining coffee from dispenser and quickly rinse with hot water before reuse.
Every Day:
Wash brew basket with hot soapy water.
Pull the cascading spray dome from the spray head, it is magnecally aached. Cauon, parts may
be hot from use. Use gloves and / or a heavy towel to remove.
Using hot soapy water, clean the top of the spray housing under the cascading spray dome.
Wash off any film and debris from spray dome and reaach cascading spray dome. Use vinegar if
lime scale filming is present.
Clean dispensers with hot suds water and a brush, rinse and air dry.
Use only a so cloth and hot suds on the outside to avoid scratches. Never use abrasives that will
scratch the surface of the stainless steel.
Weekly:
Perform all regular daily cleaning procedures.
Thoroughly clean dispensers per aached dispenser cleaning procedure starng on the next page.
Quarterly or Semi Annual Scheduled Maintenance:
Perform all regular daily cleaning procedures.
Thoroughly clean dispensers per aached dispenser cleaning procedure starng on the next page.
Inspect all fings and hoses for leaks.
Check dispense tube seals for leaks. Replace if necessary.
Inspect inside of tank for lime deposits. De‐lime tank (see procedure on last page) and probes if
necessary.
Inspect hot water faucet seat cup for wear. Replace if necessary.
Check water temperature, adjust if necessary.
Check brew levels, adjust mers if necessary.

Funnel Assembly Maintenance

Remove, wipe funnel, clean gold contacts with vinegar if needed. Do not submerge.

Dispenser Body Cleaning

Fill dispenser 3/4 with hot water, add cleaning solution, let sit, rinse, and sanitize.

Material Care Warnings

Avoid stainless steel polish on plastic parts and abrasive cleaners on any parts.

Drip Tray and Faucet Cleaning

Remove and clean drip tray. Clean faucet guard and faucet with warm soapy water.
