Always hold the product by its handles. Keep handles surfaces clean and dry
to ensure safe support.
Ensure that the air vents are always unobstructed and clear. Clean them if
necessary with a soft brush. Blocked air vents may lead to overheating and
damage the product.
Switch the product off immediately if you are disturbed while working with it
and when other people enter the working area. Always let the product
come to a complete stop before putting it down.
Do not overwork yourself. Take regular breaks to ensure concentrated work
and full control over the product.
Plug the tool to the supply mains.
Apply the tip of the bit on the tool to be worked.
Push the trigger switch to start the operation.
In some cases, it is necessary to punch the tip of the bit against the object
being worked on in order to begin the striking stroke. This is not due to
malfunction of the power tool. It means that the safe guar mechanism
against no-load striking is working.
Operate this demolition hammer by utilizing its own weight.
Switch off and unplug the tool after the end of the operation.
The performance will not be better even if it is pressed or thrust forcibly
against the work surface. Hold this demolition hammer with a force just
sufficient to counteract the reaction force.
Grease replacement
This tool is of full air-tight construction to protect against dust and to prevent
lubricant leakage. This machine can be used without grease supplement for
an extended period of time. However, perform the grease replacement to
maintain the service life. Replace the grease as described below:
Check the quantity of grease and when you change the carbon brush. Use
the provided lubricant tube, if finish, use a recommended lubricant. See
your dealer for advice.
The tool must be switched off and unplugged before the replacement.
Open the crank cover with the provided wrench.
Wipe off the old grease inside.
Put the grease into the crank case. Do not overfill.
Clean any overfilled grease.
Reinstall the crank cover in place.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Maintain your tool regularly. This will keep you tool in good working order and
extend its lifespan.
Do not use abrasive, caustic agents to clean the tool. These types of
products will damage your tool.
Do not perform repairs by yourself. Repairs and inspection must be carried
out by a competent person or at an authorized service center (please
contact you service dealer).
