EN 12 Adjustment and operation
To Use
1. The Metal Stand (B) is a triangular-shaped metal piece. Slightly widen the top
opening of the Metal Stand by gently pulling apart. Insert each end of the
Metal Stand into the holes on each side of the Glue Gun (A).
2. Insert one Glue Stick(D) into the slot at the back of the Glue Gun. Once
inserted never pull the Glue Stick out of the back of the Glue Gun.
3. Pull the trigger of the Glue Gun , pushing the Glue Stick into the chamber.
4. Insert another Glue Stick(D) into the slot at the back of the Glue Gun. The
second Glue Stick will push the first Glue Stick through the chamber.
5. Lower the Metal Stand (B) into position and set the Glue Gun onto the Metal
Stand on a flat, stable, heat-resbtant surface.
6. Plug the Power Cord into a standard 230-volt AC electrical outlet.
7. Press the Power Switch to the On (I) position. A red light will llluminate to
indicate power has been provided to the unit. Wait approximately five minutes
for the Glue Gun to warm up.
8. Clean the surfaces to be bonded as needed.
9. Squeeze the trigger until the glue flows the Nozzle (C). The glue does not
need to be spread.
10. Within 15 seconds, press the bonded surfaces together, as needed.
11. Rest the Glue Gun upright on the Metal Stand between uses.
12. Once bonding is complete press the Power Switch to the Off (O) position
and rest Glue Gun on the Metal Stand. Ensure Glue Gun is unplugged and
completely cool to the touch before storing( approximately 30 minutes).
