Why won't the burners on my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 light or get hot enough?
    • M
      Mike GardnerAug 18, 2025
If the burners on your Fiesta Grill won't light with a match or ignitor, or aren't hot enough, several factors could be at play. First, check if the venturi tubes are blocked and clean out any blockages. Ensure the cylinder or gas supply valve is open. Verify that the venturi tubes are properly seated over the valve orifices. Blocked burner ports can also be a culprit, so clean or replace the burner if needed. Make sure you have enough propane by refilling the cylinder. If the flow control device has been activated, follow the correct lighting procedure. Finally, ensure the regulator is fully tightened (hand tight) into the cylinder.

What to do if my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 Grill has a sudden drop in gas flow or low flame?
    • T
      Thomas GriffinAug 21, 2025
If you're experiencing a sudden drop in gas flow or low flame on your Fiesta Grill, there are a few potential reasons. The most common cause is simply running out of gas, so check the LP cylinder. Another possibility is that the excess flow valve has tripped; try turning off the knobs, waiting 30 seconds, and then lighting the grill. If the flames are still low, turn off the knobs and LP cylinder valve, disconnect the regulator, reconnect it, leak-test, turn on the LP cylinder valve, wait 30 seconds, and then light the grill. Finally, a vapor lock at the coupling nut/LP cylinder connection could be the issue; turn off the knobs and LP cylinder valve, disconnect the coupling nut from the cylinder, reconnect it, and try again.

How to reduce heat and flare-ups on my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057?
    • M
      Michael BridgesAug 23, 2025
If you're getting too much heat, excessive flare-ups, or persistent grease fires on your Fiesta Grill, here's what to check: * Excessive fat in the meat: Trim the meat or turn down the burner controls and/or fuel supply. * Grease drain plugged: Clean the casting base and burner. * Cooking system clogged with grease: Clean the smart bars and heat distribution plate. * Cooking system not positioned correctly: Ensure the cooking system is positioned correctly.

Why does my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 Grill burner light with a match but not the ignitor?
    • H
      harrystephensAug 26, 2025
If the Fiesta Grill burner lights with a match but not with the ignitor (no spark), check the following: ensure all wire connections are tight, replace the broken electrode ceramic if present, ensure the collector box, burner, and ignitor are assembled properly for good ground, and replace the faulty ignitor if needed.

What if my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 electronic ignition makes noise but doesn't spark?
    • Y
      Yvette LewisAug 28, 2025
If the electronic ignition on your Fiesta Grill isn't producing sparks at any electrodes when the ignition switch is pushed, but you can hear noise from the spark module, check the following: ensure the battery is installed properly, replace the battery if it is dead, ensure the button assembly is installed properly, and replace the faulty spark module if no sparks are generated with a new battery and good wire connections.
  • A
    Amy MartinezAug 30, 2025
Why are the sparks weak on my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 electronic ignition?
    • W
      William HuffmanAug 30, 2025
If the electronic ignition on your Fiesta Grill is producing sparks, but they aren't present at all electrodes or aren't at full strength, there are several potential causes. Make sure the battery is installed correctly. A weak battery can also cause this issue, so replace it with a new AA-size alkaline battery. Check that the button assembly is installed properly. Wet electrodes can also cause weak sparks, so use a paper towel to remove any moisture. Finally, inspect the electrodes for cracks; if found, replace the cracked or broken electrodes.

Why are the flames on my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 smokey yellow?
    • K
      Krista DixonSep 1, 2025
If the flames on your Fiesta Grill are smokey yellow, it could be due to partially blocked venturi tubes. Another cause might be excess cooking salts on the burner. Also, if you have a side burner, check if the air shutter is closed and open it.

Why does the flame on my Fiesta Blue Ember Grills FG50057 blow out?
    • J
      Jackie PatelSep 4, 2025
If the flames on your Fiesta Grill are blowing out or down through the base, it could be due to high wind conditions. If you have a propane barbeque, it could also be due to low propane.

    • M
      matthew46Sep 8, 2025
