(GB) Withdraw motor from housing.
(F) Enlever le moteur de son logement.
(D) Motor aus dem Gehäuse herausheben.
(I) Estrarre il motore dal suo alloggiamento.
(E) Sacar motor de la unidad.
(C)
把电机从过滤器壳体上卸下。
(GB) Remove old motor mounts and replace with new mounts. Tighten mounts to 8Nm
(F) Déposer les anciens silentblocs du moteur et les remplacer par des silentblocs neufs.
Serrer les silentblocs du moteur à un couple de 8 Nm.
(D) Alte Motorstützen entfernen und durch neue ersetzen. Motorstützen auf 8Nm anziehen.
(I) Smontare i vecchi silentbloc del motore e sostituirli con quelli nuovi. Stringere i silentbloc a 8 Nm.
(E) Quitar bloques anti-vibratorios y reemplazar con bloques nuevos. Apretar los bloques a 8 Nm.

卸下旧的电机减震螺栓并换上新的减震螺栓。拧紧到8牛米。
(GB) Remove old silencer & fit new silencer.
(F) Retirer les anciennes isolations phoniques et les remplacer par les nouvelles.
(D) Alten Abluftfilter entfernen und neuen Abluftfilter einlegen.
(I) Togliere il vecchio materiale insonorizzante e montare quello nuovo.
(E) Quitar silenciador usado y reemplazar con silenciador nuevo.

取下旧的消声滤垫并换上新的消声滤垫。
(GB) Re-fit motor to top of case.
(F) Remonter le moteur sur son emplacement.
(D) Motor wieder im Oberteil des Gehäuses installieren.
(I) Rimontare il motore al suo alloggiamento.
(E) Volver a colocar el motor sobre la carcasa.

重新把电机装到壳体顶部。

(GB) Ensure bush, shaft and drum hub are clean and free from
debris before re-fitting drum. Tighten drum bush to 20Nm.
(F) Assurez-vous que l'arbre et l'alésage du tambour soient propres
et exempts de débris avant le remontage du tambour. Serrer le
tambour à 20Nm.
(D) Stellen Sie sicher, daß Mutter, Schaft und Trommelnabe frei von
Verschmutzungen sind, bevor Sie die Trommel wieder montieren.
Ziehen Sie die Mutter für die Trommel mit 20 Nm an.
(I) Prima di riposizionare la girante assicurarsi che il foro del
mozzo e l’albero del motore siano puliti e privi di detriti.
Stringere il dado a 20Nm.
(E) Fijar casquillo, eje y buje del tambor deben estar limpios y
libres de partículas antes de montar nuevamente el tambor.
Apretar el casquillo cónico a 20Nm.

在重新配装转鼓前要确保电机轴套，电机轴和转鼓清
洁。然后以20牛米力矩锁紧轴套。
(GB) Fit new seal.
(F) Monter le nouveau joint.
(D) Neue Dichtung anbringen.
(I) Montare la guarnizione di tenuta nuova.
(E) Colocar junta de estanqueidad nueva.

(F) Vérifier que la grille intérieure est propre et dégagée.
(D) Kontrollieren, ob Einlaßgitter sauber ist.
(I) Controllare che la griglia di entrata non sia bloccata.
(E) Comprobar que la rejilla de entrada esté libre de obstrucciones.

检查进风口是否干净。
(GB) Re-assemble unit.
IMPORTANT! Ensure safety bolts are fitted to case clips
(F) Ré assembler l’unité.
IMPORTANT! S'assurer que les boulons de sécurité sont montés sur les clips de carter.
(D) Gerät wieder zusammenbauen.
WICHTIG! Darauf achten, daß die Sicherheitsbolzen an den
Gehäuseklammern angebracht sind.
(I) Rimontare l'unità.
IMPORTANT! Assicurare che siano montate le viti di sicurezza dei
fermagli della cassa.
(E) Volver a montar la unidad.
¡IMPORTANTE! Asegurarse de que los tornillos de seguridad estén
instalados en los clips de sujeción de la carcasa.
(C) 重新装好过滤器。
至关重要！确保安全螺栓安装到了外壳搭扣上

Maintenance Information
(GB) Ensure bush, shaft and drum hub are clean and free from
debris before re-fitting drum. Tighten drum bush (20Nm S Series
or 8Nm FX Series).
(F) Assurez-vous que le manchon, l’arbre et le moyeu du tambour
sont propres et exempts de débris avant de remonter le tambour.
Serrer la douille du tambour (Série S 20Nm ou Série FX 8Nm).
(D) Stellen Sie bei Nachrüstung der Trommel sicher, dass Buchse,
Welle und Trommel-Nabe sauber und frei von Schmutz sind.
Ziehen Sie die Trommel-Nabe fest (20Nm-S-Serie oder 8N-FX-Serie).
(I) Prima di procedere al rimontaggio della girante assicurarsi che non
ci sino detriti all’interno del foro. Stringere i tiranti a 20Nm
per a serie S e 8Nm per la serie FX.
(E) Asegúrese de que el buje, eje y tambor estén limpios y libres de
partículas, antes de volver a montar el tambor. Apretar el casquillo
con el siguiente par de torsión (20Nm Series S / 8Nm series FX).
(C) 在重新安装转鼓前，确保衬套、轴及转鼓中心洁净，无残渣。
扭紧转鼓衬套 (20Nm S系列或8Nm FX 系列)。
(GB) Fit new seal.

IMPORTANT! Ensure safety latch and clip are securely fastened.
(F) Ré assembler l’unité.
IMPORTANT! Assurez-vous que le loquet de sécurité et le clip sont solidement fixés.
(D) Gerät wieder zusammenbauen.
WICHTIG! Gewährleisten, dass Sicherheitsverriegelung und Clip sind sicher befestigt.
(I) Rimontare l’unità.
IMPORTANT! Assicurarsi che i blocchi di sicurezza e le clips siano ben chiuse.
(E) Volver a montar la unidad.
¡IMPORTANTE! Asegúrese de que el pestillo de seguridad y el clip estén
firmemente sujetos.

Maintenance Information
(GB) Ensure bush, shaft and drum hub are clean and free from
debris before re-fitting drum. Tighten drum bush (20Nm S Series
or 8Nm FX Series).
(F) Assurez-vous que le manchon, l’arbre et le moyeu du tambour
sont propres et exempts de débris avant de remonter le tambour.
Serrer la douille du tambour (Série S 20Nm ou Série FX 8Nm).
(D) Stellen Sie bei Nachrüstung der Trommel sicher, dass Buchse,
Welle und Trommel-Nabe sauber und frei von Schmutz sind.
Ziehen Sie die Trommel-Nabe fest (20Nm-S-Serie oder 8N-FX-Serie).
(I) Prima di procedere al rimontaggio della girante assicurarsi che non
ci sino detriti all’interno del foro. Stringere i tiranti a 20Nm
per a serie S e 8Nm per la serie FX.
(E) Asegúrese de que el buje, eje y tambor estén limpios y libres de
partículas, antes de volver a montar el tambor. Apretar el casquillo
con el siguiente par de torsión (20Nm Series S / 8Nm series FX).

A Filtermist unit is an oil mist collector that use centrifugal impaction to remove or reclaim oil mist, coolant,
fume and steam from manufacturing operations. This manual describes how to install and maintain your
Filtermist unit. Please read all instructions before commencing any installation or maintenance work. Original
instructions are in English, all other languages are translations of this.

1. Isolation from any power supply shall either be visible (visible break in the power supply circuits) or the
isolation device is actuated to the off position and physically locked off.
2. The unit must not be operated without the case fitted.
3. At least 120 seconds must be allowed for the inner drum to stop rotating before the case is removed.
4. Oil leaks can be a hazard. The complete Filtermist system should be checked regularly for possible oil leaks.
Daily visual checks of both unit and extraction duct are recommended.
5. Contact with oils, coolants etc. can cause skin disorders. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and wear PVC, neo
prene or nitrile gloves, safety glasses and overalls when cleaning or working on the filter.
6. The unit to be used on wet applications only, e.g. Oil, emulsion, coolant.
7. The unit is not to be used on flammable, explosive, corrosive or dry applications, e.g dust, smoke, acid.
8. The unit is intended for indoor use only.

A Filtermist unit is an oil mist collector that use centrifugal impaction to remove or reclaim oil mist, coolant,
fume and steam from manufacturing operations. This manual describes how to install and maintain your
Filtermist unit. Please read all instructions before commencing any installation or maintenance work. Original
instructions are in English, all other languages are translations of this.

récupérer le brouillard d’huile, le liquide de refroidissement, les fumées et la vapeur provenant des opérations
