CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS
The appliance is equipped with the listed control devices, required to run its main functions.
A) Main switch: used to turn electrical power on and off.
B) Button: it activates and deactivates the equipment operation.
C) Display: it shows warning/alarm messages and working parameters.
D) Button (SET): it sets up the operation parameters of equipment.
E) Button (+): to increase the value of the selected parameter or to scroll the programmes.
F) Button (-): to decrease the value of the selected parameter or to scroll the programmes.
G) Button (PUMP/GASTRO): it activates and deactivates the pre-heating of the vacuum
pump.
When the equipment is operating with closed holding bell ??, press the button once to
carry out quick sealing and to open bell.
H) Vacuum gauge: it detects the negative pressure generated by the equipment inside
bell.
L) Printer: it prints one or more receipts showing the date of expiry of the product and, by
means of the special keyboard, it shows the ingredients contained in the bags on the
product (for model MCD/S - MCD/CS only).
To replace the paper roll for receipts press button(L1) and pull both side flaps of
the housing outwards.
